Zero hour connection failed with other players

Hi,
I have issue to connect to other players. I have tried disable antivirus, use static ip adress and portforwarding but it didnt work. I use normal version of the game with patch 1.04 installed. 

I get connection failed to other player when host try to start game. I run game on Windows 10. Can somone please help me to solve this?
