Trying to get RA3 ultimate edition online working. We've made it past the launcher and into a game lobby.
However, when my firend join the lobby, readies and I press begin, the chat log gives me the following error:
Connections are in progress, or connection problem detected. Please wait for the connection to finish, or kick the player who has the connection problem. Failed connection 1-2
We're both using windows 10
We have opened the ports described here:
https://forums.revor...nd-multiplayer/
As well as deleted the firewall line from options.ini and set it to read-only, as desribed in common issues.
Here's the C&C online log

NAT negotiation works with your router and connection.
==> You do not have to use port forwarding.
Press any key to continue . . .
However, when my friend tries to run the NATNegTest.bat
He gets the following result (approximate):
NATNegTestClient.exe is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
Press any key to continue
Send help? I also have no idea how to DMZ anything and believe I'm unable to do so.
