I've been playing online for a while, one of my friends wanted to join so I installed the game for him following the install steps exactly, And he made an account here, then whenever he tries to log in from CnC generals Zero hours to play multiplayer online he gets the following error :

You must be 13 years of age or older to play this game online
""
even that his age he submitted is 2000/11/11
Also I tried to log in to my account from his device and it gave the same error but my account is working fine on my pc
I tried to uninstall the whole game with gentools and cnc online
and re installed them all and I still get the same error
I am just wondering if it was a corrupted cache issue or what ??
