Hi Guys

I can't find the mental omega Rules.ini and when I try to extract them with the XCC Mixer from the Mix files the XCC won't load them.

 

I want to remove the fog of war and access the sound files to remove the voices that say UNIT LOSS, PROMOTED and a few others that just keep repeating over and over when playing with a lot of units.

 

I also need to edirt the lighting post for specific maps that I already map in YR and need to see the rules in MO for these. as Im getting lots of errors in the game saying it can't find certain items.

The MIX files are protected and can't be simply opened, because they contain copyrighted music and the ini files are not public to make cheating with them marginally harder.
