So I was trying to help my cousin set up C&C for ra3.

When we try to launch ra3, the message: CA public key patching routine failed.

 

Also, the hooking doesn't work, it brings us to the administrator screen where it tells you the program name and publisher, where you click yes or no to allow permission.

 

Anyone know how to fix this issue?

To fix the CA public key patching routine failure you need to right click on cnc online go to properties and set compatability to windows xp service pack 2, as for the hooking you should allow permission in order for it to work.

Also having this issue. After changing compatibility settings, I now get "Application load error 5:0000065434"
