On the Map Blackroot Vale, Playing as Dol Guldor, Lothlorien AI does nothing at all.  Their base was completely undeveloped and even their builders didnt move when attacked.  I haven't had this problem on any other maps or factions.

Try in the vanilla Erebor map while putting Erebor AI under the mountain, you'll face the same issue. Some maps have broken AIs, I'll try to make a list as exhaustive as possible.
