For example in Red Desert of Khand, Gollum doesn't spawn although the scripts are there. This is because in WB, the script folder "SkirmishGollum_Spawn" is in "(neutral)" instead of "PlyrNeutral".
Gollum doesn't spawn in some AOTR maps. Here's how you fix it.
