Hi, I have bought zero hour running from origin and cannot connect online. I always get this message >>> https://ibb.co/5Y9kr1p

In firewall game is added to exception. please help. Obviously I have internet access. please help

the image you added is not online anymore but here are some suggestions

make sure that you have gentool installed
check if the ip is set right in the settings from the game
