Generals zero hour does not need the cnc online launcher so please unhook your game and close the launcher you will have to install gentool: http://www.gentool.net install it and launch the game if there is an gentool intro message over the intro video of the game, gentool was installed correct you now want to log in to multyplayer using your activated cnc online account
