What is the game in question, where do you have it from and have you tried setting the game to windows xp compatibility service pack 2 and running it as admin?

Thank you for reply. Game is - Red alert 3. I have it from launching dork launcher and without it. Yes I tried service pack 2 and 3 and running as admin

If you have an unlicensed version of the game, so not from steam, origin or disk then we cant help you as we dont support pirated copies.

In order to use cnc online you need a licensed version of the game yes as we do not support unlicensed copies.
