Can't connect to backend Server

I can't connect to backend server. This is what I got after opening windows powershell and putting Test-NetConnection peerchat.server.cnc-online.net -port 6667.

ComputerName : peerchat.server.cnc-online.net

RemoteAddress : 185.17.144.132

RemotePort : 6667

InterfaceAlias : Ethernet 5

SourceAddress : 192.168.0.61

TcpTestSucceeded : True
