Hey there,
The cnc Online launcher is not for generals or zero hour.
You need to install Gentool: http://www.gentool.net
install the .exe file after you installed it you can launch the game. There should appear a gentool message over the intro screen if that's so everything is good.
In the main menu you just click on online and log in with your CNC online data
