Some issues with Bfme1 bases system in Bfme2

Ok so i know there are tons of topic on the subject, im not working on AI yet since im keeping bfme2 system as the main one and only adding some maps with bfme1 system as a bonus, to add some variations in MP gameplay
im only working on the 4 evil factions of ROTWK for now and the bases all unpacked correctly, didn't had to do a script for that (maybe the issue is only with the walled bases ? or for AI ?) , made the needed changes in the map.ini to the strucutres, updated/cleaned bfme1 objects... well everything work fine for those 4 factions except that i have one important issue:

when i cancel a structure i build on the settlements/econ plots (outside the base) i don't get my money back (and if i sell it after it has been built i get +0)

it's a quite annoying problem but i don't rly have an idea of how to fix it

 

Edit: adding RefundValue in the code of the structures i build on the settlements partially fixed that, now i correctly get money when i sell it once it has been built but i still don't get my money back when im canceling the construction

I tested this and found no solution whatsoever , neither coding nor scripting ,

BFME1 into BFME2 has compromises

You give up full , flawless functionality for better graphics , moving trees , better water , more units and powers
