A friend and I have the same problem. When we try to go online in RA3 we get the same message.
It would be great if somebody could show how to fix this!

Hello, just registered here today so I can play my original Red Alert 3 game from Origin in Koop with a friend of mine.
I have the SAME ISSUE as mentioned by the TO... T-T
Pls note I'm using "Command & Conquer™ The Ultimate Collection" from the Origin Store.
I did install it, then did register here on "cnc-online.net" and dl the C&C online Launcher.
So I started C&C online and it told me its missing some dlls.
I got those missing ones from the same website, that described how to play red alert 3 in koop at: "https://wiretuts.com...-on-windows-10"
I did log into Origin first, start C&C online again and with a click on the button "Red Alert 3" I could choose to start either red alert 3 or uprising.
After chosing red alert 3 the game starts normally.
The only issue i have now is, that i can't connect with my account name from "cnc-online.net".
It just wants to connect to gamespy and after some minutes waiting it says that it cant connect to backend server.
As I am using the german version its obviously written in german.
So my friend used the steam version and it worked fine for him.
So i tried hooking it, closed it. Then when i try the hooked red alert 3 from Origin it freezes the C&C online Launcher and nothing happens.
Only after unhooking AND repairing red alert 3 in origin i can start and play the game normally again.
Any help pls?

We have the Revora account as well, though it still gives the same problem.
We both downloaded it from Steam though it keeps giving the ''could not connect to the backend server''.
Any help is still appreciated!

If the launcher freezes then give it time to load (there were instances of upto 30min), normally you should hook the games then close cnc online and run the games from a shortcut/directly from steam/origin after which cnc online should appear and you should be able to start the games from there.
