I can't connect to the server

Greetings.
When I want to connect to the server (Multiplayer -> Online-> Login) the game writes: Could not connect to C&C Generals Zero Hour Online. This same in Generals

I use normal instalation game (last patch 1.08 /1.04).
GenPatcher_v1.2b

where is your game from and have you tried playing with complete deactivated firewall

Yes, I tried again now. Windows firewall disabled, antivirus (defender) disabled, firewall on the router also disabled.
I tried portforwanding as well.

I dont know how u mean "Where is your game from" ??
I use original ISO from torrents, becouse i havent cd drive in pc. But i use original serial numbers. I have original box game,but havent cdrom drive in PC :)

(Tried two different instalation game). But no way :/

I can put a drive in my computer and try to install from the original CD, but I don't think it will help.

So I have a solution. I created a new account for the test and everything works.
So there is a problem with the account. I was looking for a connection problem, but there is a problem with the account all the time.
Can You check why I can't connect with the account: (Maybe the nickname is in the database? etc..)

hey there

you will have tpo use a legit copy of the game in order to receive support becuase we do not support cracked copies  it also helps us to help you since with disc or origin/steam versions we know how to approach them and what errors they usually have. while with a torrent version its not even clear if the game will work at all 

if you are able to please deinstall your torrent version and use your legit copy

I have the original game Deluxe edition and yesterday bought C&C: The Ultimate Collection Origin. I now have two legit games. Currently installed version of Origin.

I bought the Ultimate Collection Origin version because it was the last solution for me, but the bug is in the account.
