Red Alert 3 online Connection problem | Origin | Able to log in but unable to play via online

Hi All, 

 

Anyone can help me with my Red Alert connection problem via CNC online launcher. I can log in but I always received connection error. Please see the attached screenshot. 

 

 

Connection test

seems like you will have to use portforwarding  https://portforward....er-red-alert-3/  <----- you can follow this guide to forward your ports
