C&C3 and kane wrath not working

Hi.
It been years since I came on again for doing c&c.
First issue. I installed Tiberium wars on laptop. When I click online it take ages to load then states "unable to established connection with C&C3 servers"
Also with KANE WRATH, when it doing online update it states "connecting to EA"
Please help please, Many thanks

have you installed cnc online or are you trying to connect just with the base game?

I have installed the cnc online. When I click it via cnc online or the basic way, I go onto the game click online and it takes a 1 minute to load up then states unable to established the CNC3 servers.
Also the CNC come up with error saying CA PUBLIC KEY PATCHING ROUTINE FAILED.
