hi i want to play ra3 from origin the ultimate collection on windows 10

but when i start the game with cnc online, or hooked with the shortcut / directly in origin, then i always need to enter my serial key.

but the key is already there and its the right key, i checked it in origin.

when i click continue. then the same window comes back again and again. when i close the window it says that the key is wrong.

 

the game worked offline before, but then i installed the patch and now there is always that issue with the serial key.

 

i already tried some things that i read here or in the ea forum:

i repaired the game in origin

i diabled "origin in game" (also for the collection) and cloud saving

i deleted the origin cache

i tried it with the Fixed Ultimate Collection Launchers v1.01 from medstar from moddb

i checked my registry editor and the right serial code was in the ergc subfolder.

there were two more ra3 folders there without an ergc subfolder, but i read in the ea forum that it should be the right folder in electronic arts/electronic arts

 

what could i do? please help me

ok i reinstalled the game and now it works. rapairing in origin didnt help to delete the patch and also not to deactivate the mod
