A report of Intentional Disconnect in a game played in Zero Hour has been made against danp20 [Revora Member: Danp20] and the adjudicator has found the report to be valid.

I give danp20 three clear days to explain himself. If I do not hear from him within that time, the report will be confirmed and a sanction may be imposed. The explanation and any mitigation may be given here or in the report topic on GameReplays.

I have not heard anything from the accused player, neither here nor at GameReplays forums, therefore this report is confirmed.

danp20 has not responded to this report and JoKeR has confirmed the report accordingly. An intention to disconnect has been imputed from a number of unannounced disconnects while in a losing position.   

 

I shall treat this complaint as a single incident and impose the penalty that would normally be imposed for a single announced incident. The standard penalty for a first offence disconnect conviction is a one week suspension from C&C online and that is the penalty I shall impose. 

 

 

danp20 suspended from C&C:Online until after 18 September  2021.

 

 

Any attempt to circumvent the suspension I have imposed by using duplicate accounts is very likely to result in a far longer suspension or a permanent ban from C&C:Online.

 

I do not have any reason to believe that danp20 is a gamereplays member. Should it transpire that he is member or should he subsequently become a member, he is due a 28 days suspension from the site for this first offence intentional exploit conviction. As the site rules presently stand, any further conviction will result in a permanent ban from the site.

danp20 has avoided the suspension I imposed with a duplicate account: johnboy101. This account was used for playing on Revora during his suspension (between 11 and 18 September 2021).

 

In the previous verdict against this member, I made it clear any attempt to circumvent the suspension will very likely result in a far longer suspension or a permanent ban from C&C: Online. The accused player has been seen disconnecting again after his suspension with his original account and it has come to our attention that said player is playing on a map that grants him an unfair advantage over his opponent. These things are taken into consideration for his new suspension.    In the circumstances, I intend to impose a suspension of 6 weeks.

I do not have any reason to believe that danp20 is a gamereplays member. Should it transpire that he is member or should he subsequently become a member, he will be permabanned from the site in accordance with the site rules for this second fair play conviction.
