I am looking for someone with a prog to help me make mods to pocket tanks to fit my own satisfaction. Most of it is definately hard coded I just figured maybe someone might have a prog that can do the trick. I could not find one anywheres....

Sorry man, I don't think it's possible... I believe you can replace some of the images in the game, but other than that, I don't believe you can access the code to edit it
