I have w10 16gb memory

I don't have any mods installed

Whenever I try to leave hall of fire after speaking with two of heroes, the game crashes without an error.

I tried lowering all settings but it doesn't work.

is it possible to upload a save file for the mission after council of elrond so that I can keep playing
