all this week, zero hour has been messing up on me. i can't transfer maps, and i can't play in-game with others. I'm allowed online and into the lobby, have been able to interact with others and host games. However, when game starts, it goes straight to freezing and counting down the other players. I don't understand what changed, last week i could play fine. Anyone - Solutions??

2003 electronic arts inc. ( EA games)  I don't know what else to tell you, I'm in the U.S.

I cannot connect online and sometimes technical difficulties pop-up and closes the game. can anyone help?

He was asking more about the plaform where you got is from, e.g. disk, origin, steam.

i have a cd of the game, yes. i also had a guy build me a desktop computer and hacked the game into working on windows 10.

we wont and cant support any "hacked" cracked or pirated versions of the game

well maybe "hacked" is too strong a word, idk how you guys do tech stuff. i just know he said the game was too old and wouldn't work on updated versions of windows, so therefore he had to do some rerouting of some sort to install the game like you would originally when it came out. it's not a "hacked" version, i said i have the cd's. i have C&C Generals and also Generals Zero Hour, which is how it used to be. you had to use the first to download the second, i hope you knew that. regardless of all this, i don't see how it pertains to the problem that started with me online. the game launches fine, i can still play everything else on it, but online, after the game is started w/party, game loads, beginning of game then goes to timing out and/or freezing. it seems awfully weird to me that this problem just arose after i had been playing online with zero issues for over a month. please help if you can, is this a revora issue? b/c i don't think it's with the game itself or my connection.

Thing why we can't support official game installs that are installed and run from the CD or from Origin is because we have to follow multiple terms of service which can very well bite our ass if we break em I personay bend them a little bit on a case to case basis if you own the original games and you just mounted your CD image in a virtual drive I don't mind supporting you but it appears (pls correct me if I'm wrong) that you have installed the gsme from a random source which is not your CD image?
