We both got the games, installed the launchers and we both can join games of others, but we cant start a game together, because we cant connect

Check that your ip in game starts with 192, that you arent running any vpns/tunnel networks and that your firewall/av isnt blocking cnc online or the game itself if none of that works, install windscribe vpn and set the in-game ip to the one starting with 10, then it should fix the problem.
