Any news?
so far not we are looking into it and are investigating but our head admin is on vacation atm which makes any impactfull changes a bit hard to do atm

i deleted my online id because of this problem, (RANK WONT CHANGE)
Is there some help to make a new profile, but with the same name >?
Because the system keeps saying , the profile id is already in use ?

The stat server has been reset recently and should work now could you check agsint the stats on Shata standard acces and see if they check out?
Sorry for my delay in responses, I had an accident and was hospitalized and will be back in hospital soon ish so there might be more delay in the future

I see, that i have the same problem with my new, id.
It changes when im connected, but when i exit and re enter it resets, to lower rank!
So currently i have the same problem, my rank dont change!
IS it possible to recover my older id, as i see nothing changes with my new one ?
