Hello, I just noticed for Isengard, Wicked Marksmen in focus system didnt decrease price of Crossbowmen and Scouts, tbh I dont know if their dmg and combat exp. is bugged too.
Also Black Steel in previous versions, this upgrade decrease price of every upgrade, upgrades of buildings, units upgrades from armory and units upgrades. Now this Black Steel dont affect price of upgrades from armory.
Sometimes, I dont know why is this happening but somehow I can buy two upgrades from Focus System and they are both effective.
Maybe this thing dont belong to bug reports but what about left this double upgrade effective in next versions and maybe add there price reduction and revive price and time of builders and heroes. While Isengard heroes they are just 6, but they are very important, backbone of whole faction and when for example Saruman dies, it took so much time to revive him, price is not problem but time is, and tbh such upgrade would be behind Wisdom of Curunir so it wouldnt affect heroes in early-mid game.
