When launching Red Alert 3 through the C&C online launcher it gives me a CA public Key patching routine failed. What can I do to fix this issue?

sorry for the delay in response i got mad busy!
try launching cnc online and steam as admin also make sure that you are followin this
1. If you have cnc online open, close it before doing anything else.
2. Not necessary, but in some cases it helps, disable your antivirus.
3. Open CNC Online and click the hook button at the top left area of the window in the dropdown menu you then select the game you want to hook
4. close CNC Online
5. Launch your game trough Origin, Steam,
6. cnc online should pop up
7. click the game you previously hooked and wait a bit it should start
