Hello everyone I have problem with my friend in Red Alert 3, I have a Red Alert 3 from Steam, he has from Origin. We have a C&C Online and game don't have a login or running problems but when i created the lobby and he joined to me, I tried to start a game on the chat came up a information that:

 

"A connection is being established or problems have been detected

connection problems. Wait for the connection to complete

or eject the player who is having trouble with it.

Connection interrupted:

1-2"  --> This information has been translated, I don't know what it sounds like in English exactly.

 

And we don't know what to do with it. Please any sugestions or help

I am looking solution  for the same problem, except we both have Steam acc. My friend is trying the Ultimate-thingy next in-case

Sorry for the big delay in answers, but I was taking part in a training exercise overseas. 

make sure that no VPNs are running and double check for tunnel networks or services like Hamachi etc.

 

Check if your firewall is blocking something 

 

Go to your games settings and then to the "Network" tab there you will see a drop down menu displaying some IPs  tell me the first 3 numbers of the IPs selectable there
