Unnecessary complexity in hero buttons

I picked up the mod again after starting a BFME playing spree, must be that time of the year again and I'm really enjoying. I did notice one minor thing that bugged me and it's that some heroes have buttons stacked with many effects and abilities that change as they level up but also have empty slots left. For example, Urshak has quite a loaded level 1 ability with Intimidation: buff, debuff and an activatable at level 8. But he also has an empty slot in his palantir. Why not remove the level 8 upgrade from the button and put it on a separate button that unlocks at level 8 in the last slot. As far as I see there is no benefit to cramming additional effects like this on an ability, it is usually a last resort when a hero's palantir becomes overloaded with too many abilities.

 

The benefits would be two, simple, buttons that the player can more easily digest as they become unlocked.
