Where does C&C online try to launch RA3 from?

So I'm unable to launch RA3 after hooking it with c&c online. I have a iso download of the latest version 1.12 version of the game and when I try to launch the game it gives me a "Unable to launch RA3" error. My guess is it isn't able to find the correct directly for the game or is there something else causing this issue?

The game works fine on it's own so not sure how to go about trying to get it online. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
