I have few suggestions for comunity forums.
1) Creativity >= Images
I think it's clear that Images are inside of creativity and since both forums are small, I suggest a merge on them.
2) Announcements are hidden? Show it off!
Announcements should be promoted from being a subforum. Afterall, announcing in a hidden area is useless. And I've noticed that the Open Topic forum will probably make people posts their announcement in the Open Topic forum instead of in the Announcements one. Here's a sample from an admin.

Still got to decide about the announement forum. I think it should be allowed, but certain rules on it so threads like "Happy Birthday" don't appear in it. Those should go in open topic.
