Hi C&C community.
I hope that someone can shed some light on this issue. As stated in the tittle we (2 players) are experiencing a mismatch and synchronization error as the game starts (about 3-5 seconds into the start of the match).
Information that might help:
Game: Generals: Zero Hour.
Version: Ultimate Edition.
Vendor: EA App (Origin).
Operating System: Windows 10 .
Error: Mismatch and Synchronization at start of online multiplayer game.
IP (First 3 digits): 192.
No VPNs are running.
Firewall is switched off.
"Send Delay" has been activated.
GenTool is working and up to date.
GenPatcher has been used to "fix" possible problems.
Compatibility is set to Windows XP service pack 3
We have tried to play via the in game online feature through c&c online as well as using third party software such as GameRanger but nothing has worked.
PLEASE can someone try to give us a helping hand, would really appreciate it.
