While Rohan has mostly special units or "abroad" units, in terms of they are not basic units, or they are unlockable behind powers.
My suggestion is change in draft towers rohirrim warriors summon for Snowbourn, as price it could be same. I guess its more fitting for faction fantasy.

except snoubourn trample damage is trash. Also, whos gonna use that when 2 peasants summon is far better for the cost? (being able to sumon 2 armed peasants of 300 cost + armour multiple times with long duration from 400 tower. disregarding any CP limitations, PP feeding etc from 4 towers, with overall 8(!!!) peasants)
