I am writing to you because I am experiencing an issue with my CnC online account. Whenever I try to play Command & Conquer: Zero Hour online using the CnC online service, I am prompted with an error message that says I must be at least 13 years old to play. However, I was born in 1993 and I am currently 30 years old.
I believe that the age verification setting on my account may be incorrect. I have double-checked my birthdate information and it is correct. Can you please advise me on how to resolve this issue?
