I am currently using Red Alert 3 Normal from steam.

 

Hello I recently downloaded C&C online and have problems when trying to play online. Either Connection in Progress: 1-2 or Connection Problem 1-2 whenever I am trying to Host or Join his game.

 

We use different Internet Service Providers so VPN should not be an issue. I am Currently using Windows 10

 

He has no problems as he can play with other users so its a problem on my part.

 

Firewall is not interfering with CNC online

 

Send Delay does not work

 

IP is 192

 

I have not enabled Port Forwarding and DMZ on my router unless that is defaulted?
