So myself and my GF want to play through the RA3 campaign together but keep getting the "failed connection 1-2" error.

We're both on the same network with an RT AC87U Asus router, running windows 10 and we have tried the help suggestion on both here and the github, but we're still getting it.

The Diagnostic tool appears to no longer exist (or at least is not loading on my PC), and we've forwarded a whole bunch of ports and made sure it's not being caught by our firewalls and have both made sure we hooked our copies.  It works fine over LAN, though she is running from the disc while I run from steam if that could be an issue.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated, and any further information needed to assist please let me know and I'll provide it when I'm awake in the morning (it's nearly midnight here).
