I can't use my accounts and there are too many of them. I log in to the game and the server is done. Can you fix this? I've been having this problem for years. It's a shame not to be able to play with my friends.

Are you sure it's a server problem and not a game problem?

If I log in with one of the other new accounts, it doesn't cause any problems, it's like my user stays in the game and when I log in again he rejects you and the game closes.

That's very weird. Unfortunately I only play Generals.  At least you have an account that's working

This doesn't look like a server error when I look at the video, but an issue with the launcher. Know that recently this launcher has been replaced with Tacitus, which should work much better and boot up with the game instead of having to go through a launcher.

You can also message our Discord bot @EvilToxic there with your question if you are certain that it is an account login and if you want to recover any "lost account."
