Additional information as requested in the instructions are at the bottom of this post.

 

I created my account on this forum, set the server password and am trying to login in the game.

I added the hook from the C&C online launcher and this seems to work fine. When clicking start game in Steam, the launcher is launched.

In Zero Hour > Multiplayer > online > i fill in my emailadress, nickname and password.

After logging in I get the error in the screenshot below.

I confirmed that my password is correct, because when I enter a wrong password on purpose I get the incorrect password notification.

 

What I already tried to resolve this issue:

Complete re-install of C&C ZH, C&C Online and deleting all game files from my documents + clearing the register records for the game.

Manually changing the register key for the game by adding dashes to the key or even completely replacing the key with "0000-0000-0000-0000-0000"

Disabling my windows firewall

 

What can I try additionally to resolve this?

The Generals and Zero Hour games do not use the C&C Online launcher for online functionality. They use Gentool. It is advised to also download Genpatcher and apply all the fixes (it can also install Gentool for you).
