Please install the new Tacitus client, and test again. If the problem persists, this can mean that either your ISP is blocking connections to the C&C Online server, or you're behind a carrier-grade NAT, or your ISP has only assigned an IPv6 address to your internet connection (C&C games require a net-reachable IPv4 to have proper online functionality). In these cases, your best bet would be using a VPN.
