When trying to login to Red Alert 3 online, an error message appears that says "Could not connect to the backend server." Does anyone have a solution to this, all my login information and server password should be correct yet it is not letting me sign in.

Try hooking the game in the launcher and launching the game from steam, if that doesn't work look though this:
