I am getting this error AFTER I've logged into the game, logged in with C&C Online, set up a lobby, had a friend join, etc. Once we try to load into the game this is the error we are both getting. Anyone have any ideas?

Unfortunately I haven't heard anything here, on the discord gen chat, the discord support chat, or by messaging their support bot. Not sure what else to do or where else to get help from.

bah moi quand je créé ou me connecter a mon  compte sa me met connexion a generals heur h en ligne impossible quelle qu un c est pour quoi

Please install GenPatcher and then install Tacitus, which is replacing the old C&C:Online launchers. This should solve your issue. If not, please make a new topic within the #tech-support channel of our Discord.
