Well, everyday I go to the forums check the C&C Central forums first of course and find a topic I wish to comment on make a post and when I return to the forum... every single post in the Revora forums (just about any forum that runs IPB for that matter) is marked as read... WTF now I have to check the times on everything and end up skimming over stuff that I didn't know had been updated.

Is/Has this been happening/happened to anyone here before, if so do you have any idea how to fix this... I've tryed turning my security down as low as possible and it still doesn't help.

Maybe you got a firewall which block coockies. also check ur properties in IE. Extra --> Internet properties --> Privacy.

I'm pretty sure I don't have a firewall... and I've checked the internet settings and tryed many different options. Do you think it could have something to do with my having a dynamic IP... I dont' think it should but I'm not sure anymore. (I hate AOL and their dynamic IP and slow ass internet service)

No nothing with dynamic IP's. I also got it and it's working here.

If it's still not working for you i think the best way is to use the "active topics" list.

hmm... well my IP changes every few minutes... and it sucks because sometimes I'll get IP's that have been banned from a forum... anyway how can I get to this active topics list? through my assistant I assume...
