I am assuming this is an online issue, if so, use the new tacitus launcher for playing online found here https://cnc-online.net/en/download/

Hi tried to play generals zero hour agian. but it won't connect to my account.
it's a new installation from steam with genpatcher 2.07f and gentool installed.

If Genpatcher is install and its fixes are applied, and you've made sure that Gentool is loaded in the game, then it might be possible that your ISP is blocking connections to the C&C Online servers. Please try using a VPN.
