I am not able to connect to the Generals Zero Hour servers

Please perform a clean installation of both Generals and Zero Hour and use Genpatcher to apply the necessary fixes (and install Gentool). Note that if the Gentool overlay hasn't loaded inside the game, you won't be able to go online. Also Genpatcher must downgrade the game, because Gentool still does not support the latest patch version of the game. If problems still persisted, it might be possible (but unlikely), that you need the fixed launchers, which can be found here.

If the problems still persisted, please join the C&C Online Discord (the link can be found on the website near the server status bar), and open a tech-support ticket for one-on-one assistance.

I have an EA Subscription so I downloaded the C&C to play Generals Zero Hour. I followed the legionnaire generals video and steps on C&C and created a Revora account. When i open Generals Zero hour and try playing multiplayer online i get this message. I also have Genpatcher and Gentool. I have uninstalled Generals Zero from the EA app many times and re-installed it and i still get this error. Please help me. 

 

Is there any fix to this? Should i not play generals from the EA app? Should i uninstall generals from the EA app and download it from elsewhere and if i do so, from where to i download generals and how to play multiplayer online?
