Hello. I am a Dell, Windows 11 PC user.
I am finally dusting off my Steam License of C&C 3: Tiberium Wars for some online battles. I now have an active Revora and cnc-online.net account --- and I've successfully installed the Online Launcher executable (CCO_TacitusInstaller_v1.exe), however I can't seem to locate the actual "HOOK" application program on my computer.
My Specific Questions:
1. How do I access the "HOOK" function to properly hook my Steam Account with my C&C:Online Server?
2. Also, when I attempt to launch C&C 3: Tiberium Wars via Steam, I keep getting the following error message (SCREEN SHOT ATTACHED):
"DirectX Error: Please make sure you have DirectX 9.0 or higher installed. Also verify that your video card meets the minimum requirements, and that you do not have hardware acceleration disabled in the Display Control Panel"

How do I alleviate the DirectX Error, so that I can successfully launch the game? My graphics card is a NVIDIA T1200 Laptop GPU.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
