The new Tacitus client does not have a launcher. It installs itself by adding a DLL file (dsound.dll in particular) inside the games' directories. Just launch the game and go online.

Once the download prompt is completed and you click finish nothing seems to actually appear on my computer desktop or drive. i have went through the download prompt multiple times with the same result. any ideas would be helpful.
