i forgot my gentool c&c online login details, how can i reset them or make a new account?

i found my login details, but now when i try and login it says profile already exists, i can see the profiles on my account page, if i make up a new name its created in my profile but still wont let me login, it says profile already exists

You seem to have troubleshoot the problem all by yourself. You have a Revora account (which is the same account you use in the forums and log into C&C Online's website), and then you have a server account, the credentials of which are used to log into the game. Then there are profiles (or nicknames) which can be accessed here. If you've made sure that everything you're entering into the game is correct and your online functionality is correctly set up, then this might be an account issue, in which case you can join the C&C Online Discord (the link can be found on the web site near the server status bar) and send a message to the bot EvilToxic.
