help with weapon upgrade

weapon upgrade

Hello brother.

In order for icons to appear properly (and not pink), you need to add additional icons to support the weapon upgrade(s) of the squad.

Look how vanilla treats tactical space marines, and (say) their heavy bother icon.

You will see that there is an additional icon, with a name starting identically to the normal, but is folowed by a "__" (a double underscore), and the the exact name of the weapon upgrade.

This happens, in case we want the squads to appear differently, after a weapon upgrade.

For example, the heavy bolter icon has a BLUE frame outline, t is not that of the standard Space Marines.

Note: For squad with multiple upgrades, you should use an icon that encompasses all. And it must be named as above, followed by the "__multi" suffix.

Again, look into the vanilla tactical space marines' icons, and their upgrades.

Hi, I made a new space marine squad off of Sternguard veteran models with different weapon addon upgrades. However whenever I try to upgrade weapon ie heavy bolters, the UI icon screen turns purple and I cannot figure out why. The weapons themselves fire and work. Any help would be appreciated.
