I clicked the download button on the C&C website, and the installer downloaded. I ran the installer, accepted all the agreements, and selected to download Red Alert and Visual C++. After downloading, I clicked install, and a window appeared stating that the launcher had been downloaded. I closed the installer and searched for the launcher on my laptop, but I couldn't find it.PLEESE HELP, I'm from Russia and I use a translator.

The new CnC-Online launcher Tacitus is now build in the game itself, start up the game and press ctrl+T and you see the launcher.
You can also downgrade there by going to the tab Chronoshift and select a different version.
