hello KW community, I recently got back to KW and found out that my account was banned after a short while. Who can I talk to about this issue?

Hello, your account was flagged as a ban evading account hence the initial ban, upon further investigation I was able to identify it as an alternate account which is also against the rules. Due to this the ban on the account will not be lifted, if you have forgotten the password to your main account that you previously have played on then you can recover it here https://forums.revora.net/index.php?app=core&module=global&section=lostpass.

I’m really confused and worried because I’ve always tried to follow the rules and never intended to break them.

 

Regarding the mention of an alternate account: the last account I played on was a long time ago, and I no longer have access to it — I have a new computer now, and the login details for the old account are lost. I never created another account to bypass any rules; I simply returned to the game after some time.

 

I truly enjoy KW and would really appreciate your help in reviewing my case. Is there any way to restore access to my current account? I promise to continue playing fairly and following all the rules.
