Hi,

 

 

I have the following problem: I registered today via Revora to play c&c red alert 3.

 

In the game, I get the error message "Online ID or account name in use" when logging in.

 

What am I doing wrong? Does my new account need to be activated first?

Upon login, the game says:
The specified Online ID or account name is already in use.

Solution: Your nickname has probably been reserved. You need to claim your old nicknames. Activating them takes some time. Read the pinned topics. It can also be that a different user already is using a profile with the name you tried to use, in this case you will have to settle on a different nickname.

You could try to use a different Online ID or if you really want to claim that account your best bet it to join Discord and post in Tech support https://discord.gg/nDAg6X2A.
